14 days of jumper...day 1

so darlings, i have decided to do a series called '14 days of jumper' because i absolutely adore the gorgeous knits we've had this winter. they are just beautiful. it might not be 14 consecutive days but i'll try and keep it within a small a time frame as possible. we'll start out with something interesting, just to set the ball rolling. this knit from elle shop, which i believe is japanese, but i stand corrected, caught my eye because of the texture and the cute flowers on the front. it's not overdone, but not boring either. i think the nice neutral colour keeps it from looking too busy, while the rich cream shade makes it look as warm as it possibly is. i also love the shape, like many others that are out right now, it's just very flattering and suits most shapes i think. i would personally pair this with my black maxi skirt, to keep the attention on the detail of the jumper. some granny boots/oxfords, maybe a hint of wooden jewellery and a touch of gold or bronze and you'd be good to go :)
